Galveston and NASA

We went down to Galveston with some friends earlier this summer, and we had a blast! We forgot to take any pictures, but one of my friends did get this one of Charlie and his buddy Graham.

We took Charlie to NASA a few weeks ago, and I'm pretty sure he would have stayed there forever if we'd have let him! They have a new display-a huge airplane that carries a huge space shuttle-it was awesome!!

The traveling display when we went was Mythbusters-we love that show!! The interactive displays were so fun.

This one was for finding out how long you could hang from a ledge before you fell-like in the movies :) None of us did very well-it's hard!

Dork shots on the tram tour!

Houston, we have a problem...

You seriously can't go to NASA without getting a picture in front of this!

So, this is the big airplane and shuttle I mentioned in the first picture. We got to go inside of them, and it was really cool!

Charlie got to go to Book of Mormon day camp after we got back to Houston (which he loved!), and he got to plant a seed and watch it grow (faith is like a seed...). But he got a little over-excited about it, and he accidentally pulled the plant out after it had gotten probably a foot tall. So we went to the dollar store and got some seeds and planted them. It's been fun to watch them grow since this is the closest thing we can have to a garden!
